FODMAP Friendly Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients: 200g of your favourite lactose-free yoghurt 3 strawberries, sliced ¼ cup frozen mixed berries ¼ cup Food for Health fruit-free clusters Method: Combine defrosted berries (including the juice) with the strawberries. Alternate yoghurt and fruit until it is all used up. Top with the clusters and enjoy!
