FODMAP Friendly Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients: 200g of your favourite lactose-free yoghurt 3 strawberries, sliced ¼ cup frozen mixed berries ¼ cup Food for Health fruit-free clusters Method: Combine defrosted berries (including the juice) with the strawberries. Alternate yoghurt and fruit until it is all used up. Top with the clusters and enjoy!

Fibre and FODMAPS

Fibre helps keep us feeling full, lowers cholesterol absorption and is great for our gut health. The recommended daily fibre intake is 25g for women and 30g for men.
