Cherries and FODMAPs

At this time of the year, cherries seem to be popping up everywhere!

Despite their popularity in many Christmas dishes, we regret to advise our FODMAP Friendly followers that fresh cherries are in fact NOT FODMAP Friendly.

Keep this in mind as you indulge in the many Christmas delicacies on offer throughout the holiday period!
