Berry Blitz Smoothie

1 cup mixed frozen berries

½ cup quinoa milk

½ cup almond milk

1 cup ice cubes

2 tbsp lactose free yoghurt

1 tsp coconut sugar (opt)

Blend all ingredients and serve chilled, serves one.

Disclaimer: all serving thresholds are based on single serving sizes. Smoothies are best made fresh, but may be made ahead of time and kept refrigerated if need be. All ingredients have been tested individually for FODMAP levels, but please keep individual thresholds in mind when using recipes overall. If any particular ingredient does not sit well with you, please omit it and use individual dietary needs as the basis for your judgement!
