Kiwi Crush Smoothie
2 small sliced kiwi fruit
1 cup lactose free milk
1 cup ice cubes
1 cup baby spinach
1 tbsp shredded coconut
pinch of stevia, to taste
Disclaimer: all serving thresholds are based on single serving sizes. Smoothies are best made fresh, but may be made ahead of time and kept refrigerated if need be. All ingredients have been tested individually for FODMAP levels, but please keep individual thresholds in mind when using recipes overall.
