Gluten Free Spaghetti Seafood Marinara

This week, we’re sharing a low fodmap recipe incorporating Leggo’s FODMAP Friendly Certified Classic Tomato Pasta Sauce. Using all low FODMAP ingredients, we’ve created this recipe that not only you will enjoy (without the IBS symptoms), but also the rest of the family will enjoy!

Serves: 4

 

Ingredients: 

  • 400g Gluten Free Spaghetti Marinara
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Sping Onions, Greens Only, Sliced
  • 1 Long Red Chilli, Chopped (Optional)
  • 500g Jar Leggo’s Classic Tomato Pasta Sauce 
  • 1/2 Cup Dry White Wine
  • 750g Fresh Seafood Marinara
  • Fresh Rocket Leaves For Garnish

 

Steps: 

  1. 1. Cook spaghetti following packet directions.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large saucepan, add spring onion, chilli and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add seafood and toss for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. 4. Stir in wine and bring back to the boil. Reduce heat to medium and stir in Leggo’s Pasta Sauce.
  5. 5. Continue to cook for a further 5 minutes or until the larger pieces of seafood are cooked through.
  6. 6. Drain Spaghetti and place in serving dish.
  7. 7. Pour over marinara sauce and serve garnished with rocket leaves.
