Whether you like it soft, hard, chocolate-coated, candy coated, or turned into an ‘all-sort’, the world famous liquorice is everyone’s favourite sweet treat.

Due to popular demand, we recently submitted this tasty treat for independent laboratory testing to verify its FODMAP levels.

We are pleased to announce that in 25g serves (about 15 pieces), plain soft-eating liquorice is low FODMAP!
