This muesli was created with those with digestive issues in mind. It is a high fibre mix of organic oats, psyllium, linseed, almonds and oat bran. You’ll love the delightful cinnamon flavour, with a burst of almond love. Most enjoyed with lactose-free milk or yoghurt, it’s a really delicious, low FODMAP way to start your day!

Liver Cleansing Muesli with Psyllium & Linseeds

This one was also created with those with digestive issues in mind, this time with a delicious mix of organic oats, psyllium, linseeds, lecithin, pepitas and slippery elm. Enjoy this muesli with low fat lactose-free milk, and a handful of low FODMAP berries.
