Introducing the Chocolate Cream Princetons
Kez’s Kitchen Gluten Free Chocolate Cream Princetons take the iconic Princeton biscuit and make it gluten, dairy-free and importantly low FODMAP for everyone to enjoy. These are handmade, sweet biscuits bound by freshly piped chocolate cream and made with love.
How are Chocolate Cream Princetons low in FODMAPs?
Chocolate Cream Princetons utilise a gluten free flour mix and non-dairy binding agents such as soy and coconut oil. The biscuits have been independently laboratory tested by FODMAP Friendly to make sure the liquid is within low FODMAP limits. Any seemingly high FODMAP ingredients have been used in small enough serves so that a 21g biscuit is low FODMAP.
