How to use Liddells Lactose Free dairy products this summer!

Recently the entire range of Liddells Lactose Free dairy products were FODMAP Friendly Certified. That’s excellent news for anyone following the low FODMAP diet who needs to choose lactose free dairy products, because you can now enjoy a tasty range of dairy products without worrying about hidden FODMAPs!

Our suggestion is that you start off by taking advantage of the low FODMAP fresh summer berries by making a quick and easy Mixed Berry Fruit Salad.

Next, you’ll need to choose which Liddells Lactose Free dairy product you’re going to serve with it. Then, after less than 5 minutes in the kitchen, you get to sit back and eat a delicious snack or dessert.

Okay, it’s time to start your lactose free food adventure…

Step 1: Prepare the Mixed Berry Fruit Salad

Makes 1 serve

Ingredients

  • 45g fresh strawberries, quartered or sliced
  • 45g fresh blueberries
  • 45g fresh raspberries
  • 3 large mint leaves, very finely shredded

 

Instructions

  1. Quarter or slice the strawberries, then put them into a small bowl along with the blueberries and raspberries.
  2. Add the shredded mint leaves and mix gently to combine.
