Brownies. The best thing about this is that it can be varied endlessly. You can make it sweeter if you want, by adding more low FODMAP chocolate.
You can make it fresher, by adding a little grated orange peel. You can make it a little more spicy, by adding chopped, fresh chili or you can actually make it even healthier by adding chopped low FODMAP nuts.

Follow the baking time: brownies taste best when it is a little soft, and preferably a little lukewarm. Feel free to use a small form as well. Have fun making this brownie with a delicious soft centre!
