Acai Bowl – FODMAP Friendly Recipe Of The Week

It’s Summer Down Under!
What better way to cool off with a delicious & refreshing acai bowl!
Did you know that acai has been tested by FODMAP Friendly to be low in FODMAPs?
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1/4 Cup Acai Powder
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup The Nutty Milk Company Organic Almond & Date Milk
Toppings:
- 1/2 Green Kiwi, Sliced
- 2 Fresh Strawberries, Sliced
- 1/2 Banana, Sliced
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Place all ingredients into a blender until mixture is smooth and lump free and pour into a bowl.
Assemble toppings and serve.
