Low FODMAP EQU Bread | FODMAP Friendly Recipe Of The Week

Fill your home with the delicious scent of freshly baked homemade bread using this low FODMAP recipe featuring the newly certified EQU Flour Mixture.
The EQU Flour Mixture is naturally gluten free and higher in protein as it is made with a combination of sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and chia seeds. Plus it’s high in fibre from added psyllium husks. This low FODMAP EQU Flour Mixture makes the perfect seeded loaf that your friends and family will love!
Prep: 80 minutes
Cook Time: 70 mins
Serves: 12 Serves in 1 Loaf (12 thick slices or 24 thin slices)
Please note: 1 low FODMAP serve is 1 thick slice or 2 thin slices
Ingredients:
- 1 pack 500g EQU Flour Mixture
- 300ml water
- 1.5 – 2 tsp dry yeast or fresh
- 100ml of rapeseed oil
- 3 eggs
Method:
1. Mix oil, water, eggs and yeast and whisk together .
2. Stir the wet mixture into the EQU Flour Mixture using a standing mixer for 5 – 10 minutes.
3. Pour mixture into a bread tin and leave to rise for 1 hour.
4. Roast at 200 degrees for 70 min (slightly shorter in hotter air).
Tip: If you prefer a thicker crust, cook for slightly longer until desired.
