Low FODMAP Dark Chocolate Peppermint Mocha

For a delicious quick treat with a twist.

This recipe features the beautiful FODMAP Friendly certified 5 Sparrows Sugar-Free Dark Cocoa.

Low FODMAP Dark Chocolate Peppermint Mocha

Serves 1

Ingredients:

240mL (8 oz) unsweetened almond milk
1 drop peppermint extract
2 Tbsp 5Sparrows Sugar Free Dark Cocoa Drink Mix
1 shot of espresso (optional) or 2 tsp instant coffee (optional)
1 Tbsp whipped cream (optional)

Method:

1. Heat the almond milk to 165°F / 74°C.
2. Add the 5Sparrows Sugar Free Dark Cocoa Drink Mix and coffee and mix well.
3. Add the extract and stir.
4. Top with 1 tablespoon of whipped cream and a mint leaf.  Enjoy!
