Low FODMAP Chai Oatmeal

For a delicious quick treat with a twist.

This recipe features the beautiful FODMAP Friendly certified 5 Sparrows Sugar-Free Spiced Chai.

Low FODMAP Chai Oatmeal

Serves 1

Ingredients:

240mL (8 oz) boiling water
40g Uncle Tobys Rolled Oats
2 Tbsp 5Sparrows Sugar Free Spiced Chai Drink Mix
1 Tbsp Pepitas or Pecan Nuts or other low FODMAP nuts (optional)

Method:

1. Add the 5Sparrows Sugar Free Spiced Chai Drink Mix to boiling water in a microwave safe bowl and stir.
3. Add the oats and stir.  Cook on high for 2 minutes and stir.  Cook for a further 1-2 minutes if desired.
4. Top with the pepitas, pecans or other low FODMAP nuts if desired.  Enjoy!
