For a delicious, healthy breakfast, you can’t go past a smoothie bowl!

Low FODMAP Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

Serves 2

Ingredients:

1 frozen unripe banana
1 cup of frozen raspberries
1 cup of almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon cacao powder
4- 5 ice cubes
1-2 scoops of Cocofrio Raspberry Ripple Frozen Dessert

Method:

1. Combine the banana, raspberries, almond milk, chia seeds, cacao powder, ice and Cocofrio in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
2. Divide between two serving bowls.
3. Top with toasted almonds or some seeds, sliced unripe banana and a few sliced strawberries.
