Creamy scrambled eggs with baby spinach and feta make a quick and delicious low FODMAP breakfast that’s high in protein and packed with nutrients.
Low FODMAP Spinach & Feta Scrambled Eggs

Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup lactose-free milk
- 1/4 cup baby spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat and add spinach.
- Pour in the eggs and gently stir until just set.
- Sprinkle feta on top and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
