Low FODMAP Trail Mix Bites
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Serves: Makes 12-15 trail mix balls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of roasted almonds
- 1/2 cup of roasted sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of almond butter
Method:
- 1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and chocolate chips.
- 2. In a separate bowl, mix together the maple syrup and almond butter until smooth.
- 3. Pour the almond butter mixture over the oat mixture and stir until well combined.
- 4. Using your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
Store the balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week
