Fuel your body and satisfy your cravings with these delicious and low FODMAP trail mix balls! This snack packs a punch of crunchy, sweet, and savoury flavours in every bite.

Low FODMAP Trail Mix Bites

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Serves: Makes 12-15 trail mix balls


  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of roasted almonds
  • 1/2 cup of roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup of almond butter


  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and chocolate chips.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, mix together the maple syrup and almond butter until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour the almond butter mixture over the oat mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. 4. Using your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch balls.

Store the balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week
