Low FODMAP Tuna and Olive Salad

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2

Ingredients: 

  • 1 can (about 5 oz) tuna in water, drained
  • 2 handfuls mixed salad greens
  • 1 handful cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 handful green beans, blanched and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Small handful of mixed green and black olives
  • 1 cup of cooked low FODMAP pasta
  • Drizzle of olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing

Method:

  1. 1 In a large bowl, combine mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, green beans, pasta and olives
  2. 2. Add drained tuna to the salad mixture.
  3. 3. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing.
  4. 4. Toss gently until all ingredients are well combined.
  5. 5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. 6. Serve your low FODMAP Tuna and Olive Salad as a light and satisfying meal.
