Low FODMAP Tuna and Olive Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 can (about 5 oz) tuna in water, drained
- 2 handfuls mixed salad greens
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 handful green beans, blanched and cut into bite-sized pieces
- Small handful of mixed green and black olives
- 1 cup of cooked low FODMAP pasta
- Drizzle of olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing
Method:
- 1 In a large bowl, combine mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, green beans, pasta and olives
- 2. Add drained tuna to the salad mixture.
- 3. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing.
- 4. Toss gently until all ingredients are well combined.
- 5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
