Low FODMAP Turkey & Vegetable Skewers

Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb o 250g turkey breast, cut into cubes
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- Cherry tomatoes
- Red bell pepper/capsicum, sliced
- Olive oil and herbs for marinating
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- 1. In a bowl, marinate turkey cubes with olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Thread marinated turkey, zucchini slices, cherry tomatoes, and red bell pepper onto skewers.
- 3. Grill skewers for about 5 minutes per side or until the turkey is cooked through.
