Low FODMAP Turkey & Vegetable Skewers

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 lb o 250g turkey breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Red bell pepper/capsicum, sliced
  • Olive oil and herbs for marinating
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. 1. In a bowl, marinate turkey cubes with olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Thread marinated turkey, zucchini slices, cherry tomatoes, and red bell pepper onto skewers.
  3. 3. Grill skewers for about 5 minutes per side or until the turkey is cooked through.
