The FODMAP Friendly Low FODMAP Luncheon Loved By All!
This weekend we welcomed FODMAP Life Founder and FODMAPPED for you! Ambassador Colleen Francioli in an exclusive Low FODMAP Luncheon event @ The Firehouse Restaurant.
The Firehouse delivered a delicious 3 course meal in style, while catering to a low FODMAP-approved menu for all guests.
But this 3 course meal was no ordinary restaurant-style wine n’ dine experience!

The entrèe was a finely-presented textures of beetroot, swished down with FODMAP Friendly certified WILDE Gluten Free Pale Ale and WILDE Gluten Free Raspberry Pale Ale.

The lunch meal was hand-crafted low FODMAP pumpkin gnocchi, served with fried sage and our very own FODMAP Friendly certified FODMAPPED Slow Roasted Vegetable Tomato Pasta Sauce.

Guests also had the option of an irresistible char grilled herb marinated spatchcock cooked in FODMAPPED Slow Cooked Chicken Stock, served with Liddells Lactose Free Creamed spinach, heirloom carrots & jus gras. It’s hard to believe the dish was so tasty without ANY added garlic or onion!
Take a look at our guests enjoying the generous serving sizes of low FODMAP sides, including green beans (safe at a 75g serving size ~ 14 beans), topped with a low FODMAP serve of scorched almonds (low FODMAP at <10g per serve), and tasty low FODMAP potato chips (low FODMAP at any serve size).
It was such a treat to have FODMAP Friendly certified WILDE Gluten Free Pale Ale and WILDE Gluten Free Raspberry Pale Ale also available on the beverage menu, along with various other low FODMAP-approved beverages.
Dessert was everything a pumpkin pie should be, with a creamy and smooth consistency, devoured with a scoop of lactose free vanilla bean ice cream. Thank you to Alana Scott at A Little Bit Yummy for providing us with your amazing recipe.
Tea & coffee was enjoyed with Liddells UHT Full Cream Milk or Skim Milk.
Guests were also lucky enough to score a FODMAP Friendly goody bag containing FODMAPPED Slow Cooked Chicken Stock & FODMAPPED Slow Roasted Vegetable Tomato Pasta Sauce, and some delicious certified teas from The FODMAP Friendly Tea Co to take home with them!
