Introducing EQU Flour Mixture (Melblanding) – The First FODMAP Friendly Certified Product In Norway

The EQU flour mixture (aka Melblanding in Norweigian) is naturally free from gluten, milk and sugar. Additionally, it is low in FODMAPs having been tested and certified by FODMAP Friendly, making it a great option for those following the low FODMAP diet.

With this 500g pack of EQU flour mixture you can make the following products:

1 EQU bread loaf (12 thick slices or 24 thin slices)
2 roasting trays with EQU crispbread (about 30 pieces)
