The inspiration behind Frusano
When Ulf Herrmann, the founder of Frusano, was diagnosed with fructose malabsorption in February of 2005, he found himself facing a wall of problems, namely: there weren’t many fructose-free products, and the food options for those with food intolerances was very limited. Since there weren’t any suppliers for these specific foods, he decided to be the first, and founded Frusano.
