Is Soy Flour FODMAP Friendly?

As most seasoned FODMAPPERs know, SOY FLOUR is a popular ingredient in many foods, particularly in gluten free products such as breads, flour blends and pastas.
Whilst we know that the ‘gluten free’ label does not always mean FODMAP Friendly, we thought it best to have SOY FLOUR tested, given it regularly pops up as a key ingredient in such gluten free products.
Independent lab test results can confirm that SOY FLOUR is NOT FODMAP Friendly!
