This rub is a combination of chipotle chilli and natural maple flavour providing a slightly sweet and smokey profile.

A zesty blend of natural lemon oil and actual lemon pieces, blended with pepper and herbs.

Ingredients
- 8 drumsticks
- Corona Lemon & Herb Rub
Instructions
- 1. Weigh meat
- Apply 5% of Lemon & Herb premix to the meat weight.
- Rub onto drumsticks evenly and store in the fridge until ready to cook.
Tip: season the meat one day prior enabling the rubs flavour to marinate.
- Preheat oven to 190c degrees. Place drumsticks on oven tray lined with grease proof paper.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Meat serving size must not exceed 125g per serve.
