Low FODMAP La Tortilleria Guacamole

With just a couple of mindful changes, we’ve transformed our classic guacamole recipe into a FODMAP friendly taste fiesta. Once mashed together with a dash of love, you’ve got a bowl of pure happiness ready to scoop onto our totopos (tortilla chips) for a worry-free FODMAP Friendly snack.

Prep time: 15 minutes
Serves: 5

Ingredients:
200g La Tortilleria Tortilla Chips 
2 Medium Hass Avocados
¾ Stem of Spring Onion (Green Part)
1 Medium Jalapeño
¾ Cup Chopped Fresh Coriander
50ml Fresh Lime Juice
1 ¼ Medium Size Fresh Tomatoes

Method:
1. Dice the tomato, spring onion & jalapeno finely.
2. Chop the coriander.
3. Scoop out the avocado pulp & mash in a bowl
4. Combine all ingredients in the bowl, then add lime juice & salt to taste.
