Bring some Halloween vibes to the table with these Tater Lanterns! 🎃
Crispy, carved potatoes that make a fun twist on a classic. Perfect for a spooky snack or side!

Low FODMAP Tater Lanterns

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Serves: 6

Ingredients:
•
2 White Potatos
• Olive oil (to drizzle)
• Salt (to taste)

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 210°C / 410°F and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
2. Slice the potatoes into 1/2 inch thick rounds.
3. Using a small and sharp knife, carefully cut triangular eyes and a mouth shape.
4. Place the cut potatoes onto the lined baking tray, drizzle with olive oil & sprinkle with salt.
5. Bake for 20-30minutes or until golden brown
6. Once cooked, sprinkle with more salt and serve hot!
