If you LOVE chocolate, you’re going to love this Chocolate Tummy Heaven Smoothie! Combined with extra nutrients from chia, avocado and spinach, this recipe using the Tummy Smoothie powder helps to reduce bloating and improve gut health.

Low FODMAP Tummy Heavan Chocolate Smoothie

Prep time: 5 minutes


2 tbsp Healthy Mummy Chocolate Tummy Smoothie
1/4 medium avocado
1 cup baby spinach
1 tbsp cacao/cacoa powder
2 tsp chia seeds
1 cup reduced milk of choice OR plant based milk of choice


1. Place Smoothie mix and all other ingredients into a blender and blend well until combined.
2. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
