This delicious Vanilla Tummy-Tastic Smoothie using The Healthy Mummy Tummy Smoothie makes for a fantastic snack or breakfast smoothie! The Healthy Mummy’s Tummy Smoothie, may aid with digestion and bloating. It is also high in fibre and protein and will help you feel fuller for longer!

Low FODMAP Tummy Tastic Vanilla Smoothie

Prep time: 5 minutes
Serves:
1

Ingredients:

2 tbsp The Healthy Mummy Tummy Smoothie 25g
1 tsp lemon juice 5ml
1 small unripe banana 90g
1 tsp maple syrup 5ml
4/5 cup almond milk, unsweetened 200ml
ice cubes

Method:

1. Place Smoothie mix and all other ingredients into a blender and blend well until combined.
2. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
