Low FODMAP Vegan Fysh Sashimi

Low FODMAP Vegan Fysh Sashimi

Serves 4

Ingredients:

160g of firm mango cheek, thinly sliced (40g per person)
¼ teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
2 tablespoons lime juice
Red chilli, sliced (to taste)
½ teaspoon coconut sugar
1 teaspoon Niulife Vegan Fysh Sauce
1 teaspoon spring onion, green parts only
1 tablespoon coconut cream
1 teaspoon mint for garnish

Method:

1. Combine ginger, lime juice, chilli, Niulife Vegan Fysh Sauce, spring onion and coconut sugar in a small bowl.
2. Arrange the mango slices on a plate.
3. Spoon on dressing, mint, and coconut cream.
4. Serve as an entrée or with a low FODMAP salad.
