
Low FODMAP Edamame Hummus
Bright, creamy, and full of flavour, this edamame dip blends tahini, lemon, herbs, and spices into a silky spread that’s perfect with veggie sticks, crackers, or as a sandwich topper.

Cook Time: 0 minutes (if edamame is pre-cooked as per recipe note)
Total Time: 10 minutes
Yield: About 1 ½ cups dip (serves 4 as a snack or appetiser)
Ingredients:
• 1.5 Cups Edamame (fresh-cooked or frozen-cooked)
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• Juice of the rest of the lemon (about 3-4 TBS)
• 1 TBS FLOW’s Everyday FODMAP Seasoning
• 3 TBS Tahini
• 1 TBS fresh cilantro/coriander (to taste)
• 1/3 Cup Water
• 3 TBS Olive or Avocado Oil
Method:
1. Using a food processor, blend edamame, lemon zest, lemon juice and tahini
2. Then, add Flow’s Seasoning, water, cilantro and parsley.
3. Blend until smooth, serve and enjoy!
