Low FODMAP Prosciutto Pizza Thins

Ingredients:
- 1 Tip Top® Wholemeal Thin
- 2 tbsp Tomato Pizza Sauce (check for high FODMAP ingredients such as onion & garlic)
- Handful of Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 slices Fresh Prosciutto
- Fresh basil leaves
Method:
- 1. Preheat oven to 180ºC (356ºF).
2. Spread your tomato pizza sauce on top of your Thin slices.
3. Add a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese
4. Bake in the oven for 8-10 mins or until cheese is melted.
5. Add fresh prosciutto pieces and basil on top.
6. Finish with cracked pepper and serve!
