Wholemeal Sandwich Thin Salami Sanga
Sandwich Thins make an easy mid-week lunchbox option, and they’re easy to prep on a busy day at the office (or any other time, really!)
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 2 Tip Top® Sandwich Thins Wholemeal
- 1 Roma tomato, thinly sliced
- 2 – 4 butter lettuce leaves
- 1 small cucumber, sliced lengthways
- 100g FODMAP Friendly Certified Lewis & Son Natural Beef Salami
Method:
- Split Wholemeal Sandwich Thins.
- Place lettuce, salami, tomato and cucumber on each base of Sandwich Thin.
- Top with remaining Thins.
