We’ve used a variety of low FODMAP vegetables, low FODMAP flavouring substitutes and low FODMAP certified products to create this delicious, quick and easy recipe for your to enjoy!

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 2 Medium Zucchinis
- 4 Cups Spinach
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tsp Casa De Sante Gluten Free Organic Asafedita (Hing) Powder – Onion/Garlic Substitute
- 1 Tbsp Cobram Estate Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- 4 Tbsp Parmesan
- 2 Tbsp Pine Nuts
- ½ Cup Basil (or 1 Tbsp of low FODMAP pesto which does not have high FODMAP ingredients – check the label!)
Steps:
- 1. Using a spiralizer or vegetable peeler to create long zucchini noodle pieces.
- 2. Heat butter and Cobram Estate Garlic Infused Olive Oil in a large pan. Once, hot, cook zucchini noodles and spinach for 2-4 minutes depending on how soft you prefer your zucchini noodles.
- 3. Stir in Casa De Sante Gluten Free Organic Asafedita (Hing) Powder and parmesan for one minute.
- 4. Remove from heat, stir in basil and garnish with pine nuts to serve.
