So, which ones are FODMAP Friendly certified?
The delicious certified nut milk range includes Organic Fresh Macadamia Milk, Organic Fresh Cashew Milk, Biodynamic Fresh Almond Milk and Chem Free Almond Milk! All are cold-pressed enabling them to retain as many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants as possible. The bottles even go through HPP (extreme cold temperature process) to give them a longer shelf life!

Our Q&A with The Nutty Milk Company!
How did your company begin?
We couldn’t find nut milks that contained no bad ingredients. Most have added sugar, preservatives, additives, numbers instead of ingredients, or a tiny percentage of nuts. We love making our own, however at times were caught out and didn’t have enough time to soak nuts to make milk. We decided to produce a milk that had a long shelf life (ours is 6 weeks) was fresh and also delicious.
What is the inspiration behind your range?
Provide a clean, no nasties product and an alternative to dairy to reduce inflammation.
Why did you create your particular certified products?
We couldn’t find what we were looking for, so we decided to make it.
What are your own personal experiences with digestive health?
Bloating, fatigue, leaky gut. Eating clean, non inflammatory foods/drinks makes me feel good, have more energy, enjoy life more.
Why did you want to certify your products?
To let others know, that have digestive health problems, there are good products out there. With certification, testing has been completed to make sure products are definitely okay to consume. Certification takes out the guesswork for people looking for specific products.
What separates your products from others available on the market?
Our Nut Milks have a high percentage of nuts, no sugar, no preservatives, no additives, are hand made, cold pressed to retain nutrients, have a long shelf life and taste delicious. We do a range of Nut Milks to provide choice. There are no other macadamia milks on the market. Our Biodynamic Almond Milk is Certified by Demeter. They look pretty too!
Are there more products to be added to your range in future?
At the moment we have our hands full. We could possibly do flavoured Nut Milks.
