3 Yoghurt Dressing Recipes For Your Summer Salads

Summer is the perfect season to be filling up on delicious salads. We’re sharing 3 yoghurt dressing recipes featuring Liddells Lactose Free Plain Yoghurt.
Orange, Basil and Yoghurt Dressing
Prep time: 10 minutes
Makes approx. 350ml.
Ingredients
- 2 x 140g tubs Liddells Lactose Free Plain Yoghurt
- 1 orange, zest and juice
- ½ cup basil leaves, finely shredded
- sea salt and black pepper to season
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Use as a dressing for salads.
Sweet Mustard Yoghurt Dressing
Prep time: 15 minutes
Makes approx. 350ml.
Ingredients
- 2 x 140g tubs Liddells Lactose Free Plain Yoghurt
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoon rice malt syrup
- 1/2 lemon, zest and juice
- ½ teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and use a spoon to stir until homogenous.
- Use as a dressing for salads.
Chilli Coriander Yoghurt Dressing
Prep time: 15 minutes
Makes approx. 350ml.
Ingredients
- 2 x 140g tubs Liddells Lactose Free Plain Yoghurt
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 small chillis, sliced
- 1/2 lemon, zest and juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
Method
- Slice chillis, chop coriander and grate singer into a small bowl.
- Combine rest of the ingredients in a bowl and use a spoon to stir until homogenous.
- Use as a dressing for salads or for tacos!
