Garlicy Cheese Toastie Recipe

This week’s low FODMAP recipe of the week is inspired by our love of garlic bread (but without the FODMAPs). 

Don’t cut out the taste of garlic if you don’t have to! See how we adapted this recipe to ensure full garlic flavour, without triggering your IBS-type symptoms.

Serves: 1 

Ingredients: 

Steps: 

  1. Drizzle Cobram Estate Garlic Infused Olive Oil onto both slices of Genius Gluten Free Soft Brown Sandwich Loaf.
  2. Place Liddells Lactose Free Cheese and basil onto oiled bread.
  3. Grill for 3 minutes or until cheese has melted.
