A sweet and a savoury recipe, featuring Natureen Buckwheat Flour Wraps.
They are simple to make and delicious!
Let’s start with the sweet.
Strawberry & Ricotta Wrap with Maple Syrup
Serves: 1
Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Sliced Strawberries
-
2 Tablespoons Ricotta Cheese
-
1-2 Tablespoons Maple syrup
Directions:
- Simply top Natureen Wrap with ricotta cheese then with sliced strawberries, fold slides over and top with maple syrup. Enjoy!
This recipe is perfect as an afternoon treat or a late-night dessert. You can replace the strawberries with other low FODMAP fruits of your choice too!
Moving on to the savoury…
Salami Pizza Wrap
Serves: 1
Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
-
30g Sliced Low FODMAP Salami or Sausage such as Lewis & Son Natural Beef Salami Sliced

1/2 Cup Sliced Zucchini or Low FODMAP Vegetable of Your Choice
- 20g Mozzarella Cheese & 20g Tasty Cheese
Directions:
- 1. Simply top the wrap with tomato paste, salami, zucchini slices then top with cheese.
- 2. Place in hot oven 220c for about 8 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- 3. Serve it as it is! Top with the rocket and basil if you like!
