Gut FEED+REPAIR Berry Smoothie
Prep time: 5 minutes
Makes: 1
Ingredients:
1 heaped tsp REPAIR
2 tsp FEED
½ cup frozen berries
1 tbsp of low FODMAP protein powder of your choice
1 cup of coconut water
Method:
- 1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz to combine.
- 2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
