Gut FEED+REPAIR Berry Smoothie

Prep time: 5 minutes


1 heaped tsp REPAIR
2 tsp FEED
½ cup frozen berries
1 tbsp of low FODMAP protein powder of your choice
1 cup of coconut water


  1. 1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz to combine.
  2. 2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
