Low FODMAP Caprese Salad Skewers

Ingredients:

– 12 Cherry tomatoes
– 6 Fresh mozzarella balls
– 12 Basil leaves
– 1 TBS Balsamic glaze
– 6 Toothpicks for skewering

Method:

  1. 1. Wash and dry cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
    2. Assemble each skewer by threading a cherry tomato, a mozzarella ball, and a basil leaf onto a toothpick.
    3. Repeat until you have the desired number of skewers.
    4. Arrange the skewers on a serving plate or platter.
    5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
