Low FODMAP Lemon Pepper & Herb Chicken

This lemon and herb chicken featuring Corona Manufacturing’s lemon pepper and herb rub is a quick and easy way to season your chicken. It can also be used on other meats and even vegetables or tofu. You can serve this chicken with any of your favourite sides, for example, you can add potato or rice for some grains. For vegetables you can add a salad on the side or even roast some vegetables in the oven along with the chicken on a separate tray which will reduce your cooking and preparing time too!

Low FODMAP Lemon Pepper & Herb Chicken

Ingredients:

600g chicken of your choice
30g lemon pepper and herb rub

Method:

1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (365°F).
2. Rub lemon pepper and herb rub onto chicken.
3. Place chicken on a lined baking tray.
4. Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
5. Enjoy with any of your favourite sides.
