Low FODMAP Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Prep time: 15 mins


– 6 fresh strawberries, washed and dried
– 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
– Sprinkles or shredded coconut (optional)


  1. 1. Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries, ensuring they are completely moisture-free.
    2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
    3. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s well-coated.
    4. Optional: Roll the chocolate-covered strawberries in sprinkles or shredded coconut for added texture.
    5. Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray.
    6. Allow the chocolate to set in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
    7. Once set, serve and enjoy your  Chocolate Covered Strawberries!
