Low FODMAP Hunter’s Chicken

This gluten free and low FODMAP recipe is an easy one to prepare and put in the oven, and before you know it, it’s done!

Low FODMAP Hunter’s Chicken

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

40g Bay’s Kitchen BBQ Sauce with Smoked Paprika
2 Chicken Breasts
4 Rashers smoked back bacon
25g Grated Cheddar Cheese
25g Grated Mozzarella
Olive Oil
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

  1. 1. Oil a roasting dish and add in the chicken breasts and bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Cook at 200C/180C fan for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
    2. Once the chicken is cooked, pour the Bay’s Kitchen BBQ Sauce over the top and sprinkle over the cheese.
    3. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbling.
    4. Serve with your favourite Low FODMAP sides.
