Summer Pimm’s Ginger ale

Summer Pimm’s Ginger ale is the perfect, fresh cocktail for a summer afternoon. The ginger bite combines wonderfully with a hint of lime and the fruity and mildly spiced Pimms.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

– 125mL (4 oz) cup Pimm’s
– 500mL (16 oz) chilled ginger ale
– Crushed ice for serving
– Lime wedges for serving

Method:

1. Pour the Pimm’s into serving glasses, followed by the ginger ale.
2. Place ice and lime wedges in glasses, stir gently.
3. Serve and enjoy!

Limoncello prosecco

Limoncello prosecco is your ideal cocktail anytime during the year when you crave something fresh and yummy. This simple alcoholic beverage will get your friends asking for one!

Ingredients:

– 80mL (3 oz) chilled Prosecco
– 60mL (2 oz) Limoncello
– 20mL (1 oz) Soda water
– Fresh and lemon mint for garnish
– Lemon

Method:

1. Add the chilled Prosecco, limoncello, soda water and 3 mint leaves into a cocktail shaker, and shake for 10 seconds.
2. Pour mixture into desired glass and add a squeeze lemon and two fresh mint leaves.

Citrus Mint Spritzer

A delightful blend of zesty citrus and cool mint designed to tantalise your taste buds!

Prep time: 5 minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:

– 250mL (8 oz) fresh-squeezed orange juice (strained)
– 125mL (2 oz) fresh-squeezed lime juice
– 2 tablespoons maple syrup z
– 250mL (8 oz) club soda or sparkling water
– Ice cubes
– Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method:

1. In a pitcher, combine the fresh-squeezed orange juice, lime juice, and maple syrup. Stir well to ensure the maple syrup is fully dissolved.
2. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes.
3. Pour the citrus mixture over the ice in each glass, dividing it evenly.
4. Top each glass with club soda or sparkling water to add a bit of fizz. Stir gently.
5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
6. Optional: You can rim the glass with sugar tfor an extra touch.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy your Low FODMAP Citrus Mint Spritzer!
