Quick and delicious FODMAP Friendly yoghurt parfait! Layered with lactose-free yoghurt, fresh fruit and granola, it is a perfect way to start your day or a perfect quick snack!

Low FODMAP Yoghurt Parfait

Prep Time: 5 minutes 



  1. 1. Add a layer of yoghurt to the bottom of a glass jar or bowl.
  2. 2. Then, add a layer of the low FODMAP granola followed by fruit
  3. 3. Repeat until the ingredients are used up.
  4. 4. Drizzle with maple syrup if desired.
  5. 5. Serve immediately to enjoy the crunchy granola.
