Low FODMAP Yoghurt Parfait

Quick and delicious FODMAP Friendly yoghurt parfait! Layered with lactose-free yoghurt, fresh fruit and granola, it is a perfect way to start your day or a perfect quick snack!
Low FODMAP Yoghurt Parfait
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cups Lactose-free Yoghurt (e.g. Jalna Strawberry Yoghurt or Liddells Tropical Yoghurt)
- ½ cup chopped low FODMAP fruits (berries, unripe banana, green kiwi)
- ¼ cup low FODMAP granola (e.g. Fodilicious Double Choco Granola)
- Drizzle of maple syrup (optional)
Method:
- 1. Add a layer of yoghurt to the bottom of a glass jar or bowl.
- 2. Then, add a layer of the low FODMAP granola followed by fruit
- 3. Repeat until the ingredients are used up.
- 4. Drizzle with maple syrup if desired.
- 5. Serve immediately to enjoy the crunchy granola.
