Low FODMAP Prosciutto Pizza Thins

Cook time: 10 minutes


  • 1 Tip Top® Wholemeal Thin
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Pizza Sauce (check for high FODMAP ingredients such as onion & garlic)
  • Handful of Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 slices Fresh Prosciutto
  • Fresh basil leaves


  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180ºC (356ºF).
    2. Spread your tomato pizza sauce on top of your Thin slices.
    3. Add a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese
    4. Bake in the oven for 8-10 mins or until cheese is melted.
    5. Add fresh prosciutto pieces and basil on top.
    6. Finish with cracked pepper and serve!
