Low FODMAP Freemills Lemonade Scones
Posted on January 07, 2022
These beautiful scones are a great quick recipe (only 15 minutes in the oven). Serve with some low FODMAP fruit such as 50g of strawberries and whipped cream if you wish. Whipped cream is low FODMAP at 1/2 a cup and contains lactose at larger serves. If you are sensitive to lactose stick to a smaller amount of whipped cream or as per your tolerance.
