Tropical Blueberry Smoothie With Added Prebiotics – Recipe Of The Week

This smoothie is simple and delicious – a fantastic treat on a hot summer day!

Not only is this recipe delicious, we’ve added prebiotic fibre to the recipe to help promote the growth of good bacteria in your large intestine!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Orange, seeded and cut into quarters
  • ⅔ cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp MSPrebiotic®

Takes , serves 4 servings.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all ingredients together into smooth purée.
