Introducing the newly FODMAP Friendly certified GoodTe!

GoodTe was founded by Takuro Miyazaki, a U.S. registered dietitian, MPH and Noriyuki Suzuki, MBA. They both graduated from the University of Michigan, then, started an online-based IBD patient community and a gut friendly recipe site.
Now, they develop and sell gut-friendly healthy snacks!

What is the inspiration behind GoodTe?

GoodTe was born out of a strong need for appropriate snacks for people with IBD and IBS. Although Japanese IBD and IBS patients prefer no additives, low fat, low fodmap and rich taste/flavor, such snack options are really limited.
In collaboration with Meiji, a famous Japanese snack company, these GoodTe snacks were developed!

What makes GoodTe different?

GoodTe’s non-fried snacks are made from brown rice and delicious natural ingredients without any artificial ingredients. Typically, non-fried or non-additives snacks made from limited and low FODMAP ingredients are bland; and rice-based or non-fried snack can be sticky. GoodTe’s products made of brown rice are crunchy and rich in taste and flavour. Total fat of these non-fried snacks is less than 2.5g/pack.
