Recipe of the Week: FODMAP Friendly Beef Tacos!

FODMAP Friendly Brings You Delicious Taco’s This Tuesday! 

So quick to prepare, and so delicious to eat! 

Serves: 8

Ingredients:

 

Instructions:

  1. 1. Mix 2 tbsp of Cobram Estate Garlic Infused Olive Oil, beef strips, and San-J Terriyaki Sauce. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat up 1 tbsp Cobram Estate Garlic Infused Olive Oil in a pan. Once hot, pan fry marinated beef strips until brown.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, add diced cucumber, tomato, pepper and Casa De Sante Mexican Seasoning and mix. Season with lime.
  4. 4. Assemble taco wrap, adding fresh lettuce and thin slice of avocado first, cooked teriyaki beef second and cucumber/tomato mix to finish. Enjoy!
