Recipe of the Week: FODMAP Friendly Beef Tacos!

FODMAP Friendly Brings You Delicious Taco’s This Tuesday!
So quick to prepare, and so delicious to eat!
Serves: 8
Ingredients:
- 8 Buckwheat Wraps
- 400g Beef Strips
- 3 Tbsp Cobram Estate Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp San-J Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 Tomatoes Diced
- 1 Cup Cucumber Diced
- 2 Cups Shredded Lettuce
- ½ Avocado Sliced Thinly
- 1 Lime
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tsp Casa De Sante Mexican Seasoning Mix
Instructions:
- 1. Mix 2 tbsp of Cobram Estate Garlic Infused Olive Oil, beef strips, and San-J Terriyaki Sauce. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
- 2. Heat up 1 tbsp Cobram Estate Garlic Infused Olive Oil in a pan. Once hot, pan fry marinated beef strips until brown.
- 3. In a separate bowl, add diced cucumber, tomato, pepper and Casa De Sante Mexican Seasoning and mix. Season with lime.
- 4. Assemble taco wrap, adding fresh lettuce and thin slice of avocado first, cooked teriyaki beef second and cucumber/tomato mix to finish. Enjoy!
