Each serve contains 100mg of beta-glucans, which are naturally occurring in mushrooms like turkey tail.

Green Banana Starch

HYDRATION tastes like coconut, finger lime and cucumber.  To use HYDRATION, mix 1tbsp (15mL) in 150mL of water, a smoothie or your favourite drink and consume immediately.

How are BOOSTS low in FODMAPs?

All four boosts (ADAPTOGEN, COLLAGEN, ANTIOXIDANT & HYDRATION) have been independently laboratory tested by FODMAP Friendly to make sure the liquid is within low FODMAP limits. Any seemingly high FODMAP ingredients have been used in small enough serves so that the 15mL serving is low FODMAP.
